Daily Rituals

Instead of naming a New Year resolution I intend to accomplish in 2016, I decided to come up with a daily ritual list. I figured since I never stick to my resolutions, why not take a list of things I do now and continue to do it in 2016.

  1. Stretch
  2. Drink at least two cups of tea
  3. Take my vitamins
  4. Meditate
  5. Smile to a stranger
  6. Drink more water
  7. Reflect upon my day
